Regulatory,design and methodological impacts in determining tidal-in-stream power resource potential

Tidal-in-Stream energy has been heralded by many as a significant potential source for clean power, a scheme where kinetic energy is extracted from tidal currents. A number of estimates have suggested that tidal power may become a sizeable fraction of overall electricity generation, however these estimates have been largely based on a resource assessment methodology that dramatically oversimplifies the physical phenomenon at play. This paper develops a model that considers the effect of energy extraction on the bulk flow, showing that tidal energy inventories that assess solely kinetic energy flux may represent both an order-of-magnitude overestimation of the resource and a significant oversimplification of regulatory impacts.     

规范化培训护士评判性思维能力的调查分析

目的:分析规范化培训护士评判性思维能力现状.方法利用评判性思维态度倾向性调查表-中文版对我院106名规范化培训护士进行问卷调查.结果规范化培训护士评判性思维能力总平均分为277.39±31.43;不同学历规范化培训护士评判性思维能力的总分进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:规范化培训护士评判性思维能力为负性；不同学历规范化培训护士评判性思维能力具有差异,本科学历规范化培训护士的评判性思维能力高于大专和中专,而大专学历规范化培训护士与中专之间的评判性思维能力无差异.     

Mechanical behaviour of surface layer fibreglass-reinforced flexible pavements

The work presented in this paper aims at providing a better understanding of the mechanical response of surface layer fibreglass-reinforced flexible pavements. The surface reinforcement technique consists of installing a fibreglass grid in between the levelling layer (placed on the base course to seal and level the pre-existing distresses) and the wearing course (or overlay). Flexural fracture tests were performed on two-layered reinforced asphalt specimens composed of both levelling and wearing courses to simulate a real overlay structure. Three fibreglass grids characterised by different mechanical and/or geometrical properties were employed. Strain localisation and damage distribution were investigated using an in-house digital image correlation system capable of achieving highly accurate 2D full-field strain maps of the specimens during loading. Finally, an analytical model was developed on purpose to reproduce the mechanical response of the asphalt mixture-interlayer system.

锦凌水库天然建筑材料分析与评价

水利水电工程一般多因地制宜，就地取材，有适合的当地天然建筑材料，以致成为决定建筑物类型和工程造价的决定性因素。文章分析了区域地形、地貌、地层、岩性等，通过地质调查、钻探、坑探等勘察手段，寻找到了设计需要的建坝的各种材料。同时，使用野外和室内土工实验方法，研究了这些建材的物理、力学性质。在此基础上根据平均厚度法和设计、规范标准对各料场建材进行了计算和评价，其质量和数量均满足要求，为该工程设计和施工提供了可靠的建材依据。     

Psychological impact of an economic crisis: A Conservation of Resources approach.

This study examined the psychological effects of an economic crisis based on Conservation of Resources (COR) stress theory. It investigated how the loss of economic resources had a psychological influence on well-being and identified which of 3 variables (the loss of economic resources, demographic characteristics, or coping strategies) had the greatest psychological influence. Psychological well-being was assessed via levels of anxiety and anger. The study provided clear support for COR theory. The loss of economic resources had a strong and mostly positive relationship to anxiety and anger. The coping strategies were the most important of several predictors. Similar studies were proposed to increase confidence in generalizing to other populations and to identify the causal links between loss of economic resources, coping, and psychological well-being.
